We offer five types of 1-on-1 coaching: General Strategy Sessions (big-picture planning), Application Prep (resume, cover letter, and package review), Interview Prep (mock interviews with real hiring board questions), Test Prep Tutoring (AFOQT/TBAS strategy), and Medical Consultations (navigating flight physicals and waivers). Each session is 60 minutes with a dedicated coach.
Individual coaching sessions are $199 at full price. Pro members save $50 per session, and Elite members save $80 per session. Elite members also get quarterly 1-on-1 strategy sessions and monthly small-group masterminds included in their membership — plus one FREE 60-minute session per year ($199 value) on annual plans.

Absolutely — that’s one of our most popular sessions. Your coach will run you through a realistic mock interview using questions pulled from actual hiring boards. You’ll get direct feedback on your answers, body language, and overall presentation. Most applicants who do a mock interview beforehand say it was the single most valuable thing they did to prepare.
