Beav has over 20 years of experience as an Active Duty F-15E Instructor WSO. He was Active Duty
his entire military service and has significant application/interview experience both in the military and
as a civilian as a corporate recruiter.
Beav was directly involved in recruiting for Active Duty for three of his twenty years. He led over 75 recruiters for a three-state area and was part of 30 officer accessions over the last six years. Beav also has experience as an FAA-rated flight and academic instructor.
He enjoys working in agriculture and hunting and is deeply involved in youth sports in his community.
